Foundation Years can offer an alternative route into highly selective institutions but can be overlooked by many students who could benefit from them. In this webinar run by Advancing Access, Course Director Dr Alex Pryce will introduce the Cambridge Foundation Year, a new opportunity that offers a free and fully-funded stepping stone to the University of Cambridge for those who have experienced educational disadvantage. Alex will provide detail on the programme’s specific eligibility criteria, admissions process and interdisciplinary curriculum alongside how interventions like this can widen access to highly selective universities.
